What happens if I make a mistake in my measurements?
Our team checks each order before production. If there is a clear inconsistency in the dimensions entered, we will contact you before starting production.
Does the 3-day period include delivery?
The 3-day lead time includes manufacturing and shipping from our workshop. Shipping time is then added based on your location.
Can I have a shape made that doesn't exist in your catalogue?
Yes. Describe your project to us via our free custom form, with your dimensions and photos if possible: our workshop studies each request.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects and the durability of materials under normal usage conditions.
