To order, only 4 measures to take on your boat.

We check their consistency, and manufacture your custom Genoa cover in 3 days.

The cover is very easy to raise and remove, watch the video to find out how.

We have designed the Essential genoa cover after observing traditional genoa covers, which are hard to tighten at the top, where tension is most needed. The result is the cover flaps in the wind, quickly gets damaged and causes incessant noise.

Guardtex has developed an ingenious tightening system with pulleys that completely eliminate flapping in high winds, increasing the lifespan of your genoa cover and protecting the sail from chafing.

We also use top quality materials and very durable canvas to make a genoa cover that will last longer than a traditional genoa cover and will be more efficient than a UV strip.

Each genoa cover is TAILOR-MADE as the cover must be as close to the sail as possible so that the wind does not damage it through chafing.

1. Check dimensions when we receive your order:

- We design your headsail cover with the measurements that you have entered

- We check the consistency of the whole product,

- We will contact you if we need to check the information.

2. Advice on how to take measurements:

The measurements should be taken with the sail rolled on the furler.

For measurement A : Generally we use the length of the genoa luff for a precise measurement. You can check this length using one of the available halyards near the genoa head. Raise a fine rope using a halyard. Once it is fully raised, draw a mark on the bottom and measure it on the ground. Repeat the measurement to check you have the correct length.

For measurement C: The circumference at the clew should be measured with the sheet knot as the cover will protect both.
